The cafe and bar I'm going to introduce is 'Dadalab'!

It's said to have a vegan menu. It's available on Naver reservation. You can make a reservation, but you might have to wait if you don't make a reservation. It's already famous on SNS for its system of customizing coffee, tea, or cocktails according to specific sentences.

I'll let you know the location. It's located in the basement of 17, World Cup-ro 15-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul. If you are using the subway, it's 204 meters away from Exit 2 of Mangwon Station on Line 6. It's about a 2-minute walk. The business hours are closed on Monday and Tuesday, from 14:00 to 02:00 from Wednesday to Friday, and from 13:00 to 02:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

I'll introduce the menu in more detail. There are Sentence Coffee (8,800 won), Sentence Tea Blending (9,800 won), Sentence Cocktail (15,800 won), and Sentence Reply (25,800 won).

• Sentence tea is a tea blend made with tea leaves, herbs, flowers, and teas, steeped in hot water. We recommend drinking it warm, and if you need an ice glass, it's said that you can request it separately on the work order.
• Sentence coffee is a coffee made using about 12 types of specialty beans, blended using cupping notes according to the sentence you write, and extracted using hand drip brewing. It does not contain milk, cream, or other ingredients. Depending on the sentence, it may be blended with a small amount of tea leaves or teas.
• Sentence cocktail is a work that translates the sentence you write into a cocktail using a variety of liqueurs and spirits, expressing the taste, color, temperature, and texture that you feel. If you have any specific requests, such as the type of liquor, liqueur, alcohol content, preferred or non-preferred ingredients, you can request them separately on the work order, and they will refer to them when translating the sentence.
• In the case of Sentence Reply, they will make a reply to the sentence into a drink. But you don't know what kind of drink it will be, coffee, tea, cocktail, etc. It's actually a bit intriguing.

There are many other menu items besides sentence cocktails, so if you find it difficult or burdensome to customize it yourself, you can choose other menu items. There are also vegan drinks, so it's a great advantage to enjoy it with your vegan friends.

First, you'll receive a piece of paper. It has "Work Order", "Recipient", "Fabric", "Accessories", and "Material" written on it. It asks you to write any sentence you want to write today in the work order. Writing the sentence you want or the exact style of the drink you want will make it easier for the worker to understand the customer's intentions. They usually choose from song lyrics, book passages, or movie lines. I think this requires a lot of creativity from the bartender.

Material is where you write any additional requests, such as the desired alcohol concentration. For the recipient, write the table number, and for the fabric, check the box for coffee, tea, cocktail, or reply. For accessories, write any additional orders other than the work, such as dessert, something to chew on, or something else to drink.

Since it's a creative task, it usually takes time. When your ordered drink comes out, a paper will come out with the drink, with the worker's sentence written on stiff paper. It tells you what ingredients are in it, along with the sentence the customer requested.
